Northrop Grumman appoints Steve Hogan and John Parker to new leadership roles in Technical Services sector

February 17, 2015: Northrop Grumman Corporation has named Steve Hogan, vice president, global sustainment and John Parker, vice president and general manager, Integrated Logistics and Modernization (ILM) division for the company's Technical Services sector, effective March 7.

In this newly created role, Hogan will be responsible for leading the development and execution of global sustainment strategies for the Technical Services sector's products, services and systems.

Hogan joined the company in 2003 and has held a number of executive positions in program leadership, capture, risk management, logistics, sustainment and advanced development. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Steve supported U.S. Navy technology and weapons systems development.

Hogan received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park and a master's degree in engineering management from George Washington University.

In his new position, Parker will have executive responsibility for the ILM division, which is focused on global logistics, support and modernization.

Parker joined the company in 1997 and has held a number of leadership positions in program management and international growth. In his previous role, Parker was responsible for the execution of weapon system sustainment and modernization programs. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, he was a U.S. Air Force officer.

Parker earned a bachelor's degree from Saint Leo College and a master's degree in aeronautical science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
