David Brigante, 59, has been nominated SVP Programs and Customer Services of ATR, starting August 1st 2019. He will be reporting to the CEO, Stefano Bortoli.
He will be succeeding Tom Anderson, who will leave ATR at the end of July 2019. After several years within the ATR team, in different and significant roles, Tom Anderson has decided to take a new direction in his professional career.
David Brigante, who joined ATR in 2015 from Leonardo, brings a strong aeronautical experience and a deep understanding of ATR today, as well as of what is needed for the future. David will continue his current role as SVP Procurement and Supply Chain ad interim until a successor is appointed.
Simultaneously, in order to optimise customer attention and satisfaction, with a growing fleet of ATR aircraft worldwide, Operations becomes an independent new function reporting directly to the CEO under the management of Raphael Dubus (51) who will also become a member of the Executive Committee, effective 1st of September 2019. This was previously integrated as a department in the Programs and Customer Services directorate.

David Brigante has been appointed as ATR Senior Vice-President Programs and Customer Services, reporting to ATR's Chief Executive Officer, Stefano Bortoli. In this position, he is a member of the company's Executive Committee. David joined ATR in 2015, and was Senior Vice-President Procurement until 2019.
Between the end of 2012 and 2015, he was Senior Vice-President Customer Support and Services, responsible for the logistics support of all military programs in Alenia Aermacchi. Prior to this, David was Senior Vice-President Procurement, in charge of all products and programs in Alenia Aermacchi.
From 2008 to 2010 he held the position of Senior Vice-President Industrial Control and Planning, while between 2009 and 2010, he was also in charge of the Commercial Programs of Alenia.
David joined Alenia in 1988, and, up to 2008, held responsibilities from contract management to sales activities, always within the commercial field for aerostructures.
David Brigante is 59 and holds a Degree in Business Administration from the Federico II University in Naples, Italy.
Raphael Dubus has been appointed Senior Vice-President Operations, reporting to ATR's Chief Executive Officer, Stefano Bortoli, as of September 2019. In this position, he is a member of the company's Executive Committee.
Raphael joined ATR in 2005 as Vice President Quality, up to the end of 2011. Between 2012 and 2016, he held the positions of Vice-President Industry and Head of Manufacturing. In May 2017, he was appointed Accountable Manager of ATR's Production Organisation.
Raphael started his professional career in 1991, working for the French Airworthiness Authorities, as A320/A321 programme certification engineer. From 1993 to 2004, he held different management positions at the French GSAC (the authority in charge of Civil Aviation Safety), dealing with certification, airworthiness, production and maintenance activities related to ATR and Airbus aircraft, including Airbus legacy programmes. He was part of the Concorde's Return to Service team.
Raphael Dubus is 51. He graduated from the French engineering school ESTACA (Paris) and served in the French Armoured Corps for one year. He is married and has three children.
