Aerion, the leader in supersonic travel, today announced that Matthew Cram has been named Deputy General Counsel, supporting the company in a variety of legal, contractual and corporate governance matters as it develops the AS2 supersonic business jet.
Cram, who has extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, corporate governance and compliance in the aerospace industry, has served in a variety of contractual, legal and administrative positions at Aerion. Previously, Cram was a shareholder at Aero Law Group, a leading aviation law firm representing high-net-worth individuals, corporations and commercial airlines around the world in aviation transactions. Prior to that, Cram held a variety of contractual and finance positions at the Boeing Company.
Cram holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the from the University of Seattle school of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Idaho.
