The pushback against the global elite's agenda is now unfolding silently and powerfully through the democratic process of voting

The pushback against the global elite and their agenda masquerading as 'Rule-Based-International-Order" has begun. The pushback is not through 'colour coded revolutions' that were orchestrated in the past decades to overthrow democratically elected governments that were not aligned to this global elite group and their agendas nor are they violent demonstrations, long-drawn street protests and the like. Instead, the pushback is being delivered through the only means that can promote democracy, equity, and rule of law; silently through the ballot box.
The ordinary voter, fed up of the lies that the elite perpetrate through absolute control over the mainstream media, exacerbating a cancel culture all the while pretending to be upholders of liberty, are using their very ordinary power of a vote to deliver extraordinary outcomes. The extraordinary win for Donald Trump on November 5, 2024 ballot in the US despite the record fund-raising by the Harris campaign and near full-throttle endorsement by the mainstream media seals the case. The ordinary folks are not willing anymore to be led by leaders who take policy decisions that do not serve the common man and whose agendas are driven by the global elite, as payback for funding their elections in the first place.
Donald Trump's win on November 5, 2024 underscores voters' rejection of leaders beholden to global elite agendas
It had to happen in the US to trigger a viable pushback, being the fountainhead of the global elite now more openly being called as the 'American Deep State' that control the levers of power in many countries around the world. It consists of unelected permanent government bureaucracy in the US State Department and the Pentagon, the vast intelligence community that includes the CIA and the FBI, the Military-Industrial Complex, the mainstream corporate media houses, the oil and pharma lobbies and a host of NGOs that peddle the interests of this elite group in different parts of the world.
Let us demystify the lexicon of "Rule Based International Order". For the power elite, it is necessary to reinforce that order to preserve the conditions needed for peace and prosperity, notwithstanding the fact that it has actually led to near permanent state of wars in different parts of the world. Others argue that the rules-based international order is nothing more than a tool for a select group of countries (or parties) to advance their own hegemonic or exploitative ambitions. The one commonality between the two sides that present those arguments is that neither tends to define what the rules-based international order really is or why it matters.
The so-called 'Rules-Based International Order' often serves as a tool for advancing the hegemonic ambitions of a select few
Thus, the Biden administration strongly endorses the pronouncements by the International Criminal Court (ICC) on March 17, 2023 issuing warrants of arrest against Russian President Vladimir Putin for allegedly being responsible for the war crime of unlawful deportation of population (children) and that of unlawful transfer of population (children) from occupied areas of Ukraine to the Russian Federation. However, the US itself is not a state party to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, which founded the ICC in 2002. It doesn't want to be held accountable for perpetrating lies about weapons of mass destruction (WMDs) in Iraq to justify its brutal invasion in 2003 that killed millions or for the barbaric torture of inmates in US military operated Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo Bay prisons.
The list of war crimes by the US is a long one. The dropping of atom bombs in Hiroshima and Nagasaki in the dying days of WW II on August 6 and 9, 1945, were absolutely unnecessary. The overwhelming historical evidence from American and Japanese archives indicates that Japan would have surrendered that August 1945, even if atomic bombs had not been used and documents prove that President Truman and his closest advisors knew it. The National Museum of the US Navy in Washington DC states unambiguously on a plaque with its atomic bomb exhibit: "The vast destruction wreaked by the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki and the loss of 1,35,000 people made little impact on the Japanese military. However, the Soviet invasion of Manchuria on August 8, 1945... changed their minds."
Electoral outcomes in Sweden, Finland, and Georgia reflect a global rejection of elite-driven policies, with voters demanding accountability and sovereignty
Then there is the use of chemical weapons like napalm, a flammable gel-like substance, and white phosphorus, a chemical that causes severe burns, in Vietnam in a despicable war (1957-1974) that it gloriously lost. The over hundred regime changes orchestrated by US intelligence agencies like the CIA which maintains over 750 bases around the globe are legion and eminently qualify for trial for war crimes by the ICC. So would the indiscriminate bombing of Kosovo in the Balkans in the nineties, the invasions of Iraq in 2003 bypassing the UN, the bombings in Libya and Syria that have left huge swathes of ungoverned spaces that are now bases for ISIS and other radical Jihadi terror groups like the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) that has just overthrown an otherwise brutal regime of Basher Assad in Damascus.
The American 'Deep State' continues to exploit global crises to further its military-industrial and geopolitical agendas
The American 'Deep State' continues to use select terror groups (Good Taliban vs Bad Taliban) to further its own agenda waging unending proxy wars. The war in Ukraine should never have started as eminent American political scientist and international relations scholar John Mearsheimer has spoken ad nauseam since February 2022. The neo-con warmonger's appetite for profits continued unchallenged with expansion of NATO (from 15 in 1992 at the end of cold war to 32 today) which entails the member countries to re-equip with US military hardware and munitions as well as mostly US contractors-operated logistics.
The ordinary voter has caught up and seen through the smokescreen of "Rule Based International Order". The Magdalena Andersson led Swedish coalition government that pushed for NATO membership in February 2022 after the Russian invasion of Ukraine was voted out in the general elections held on September 11, 2022. The Finnish government of Sanna Marina that had proposed Finland's entry into NATO in May 2022 was booted out of power in April 2023 elections.
Now similar signals are emanating from Tbilisi. Mikheil Kavelashvili was elected the new President of Georgia last week by the Russian leaning Georgian Dream party who had won the October 2024 parliamentary elections. The pro-west leaning sitting Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili who was aiming to fast-track integration with Europe is calling for people to take to the streets and create chaos. But the Georgians have voted not to allow their country to be 'Ukrained'. The ruling dispensations in Germany and France are in the queue.
